This reference is for students applying one of Richmont’s School of Ministry programs. The reference should be completed by a pastor, small group leader, missions leader, etc. Ideally it should be someone that can address your ministry involvement who you have served with/under or alongside.
To the Reference: The student is applying for admission to Richmont Graduate University and is asking you to furnish a reference. The admissions committee would appreciate your frank evaluation of the applicant. This form should take you no more than 5 minutes to complete.
