William F. Doverspike, Ph.D., 56, Atlanta, Psychologist Representative- Doverspike is a practicing psychologist at William F. Doverspike, Ph.D., PC. He teaches graduate courses in professional ethics, psychopathology and psychotherapy at Argosy University and at Psychological Studies Institute. He is a member, and previously served as president, of the ethics committee of the Georgia Psychological Association. He is the editor of Georgia Psychologist Magazine, as well as the author of numerous books and articles. He is a fellow of the Academy of Clinical Psychology and a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology. Doverspike earned a bachelor's degree from Emory University, and both a master's degree and doctoral degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Ms. Laurie Chandler has joined PSI as the Assistant Director of Grants for the Atlanta campus. She received an undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Music Performance with a minor in Psychology from Louisiana State University and is currently a student at PSI working toward a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. Ms. Chandler has past experience working in the mental health field. She has also worked as a leasing agent for Walton Communities. Ms. Chandler has a fourteen-year-old son, Ryan, and an eleven-year-old daughter, Allison. She lives in Marietta and attends North Metro Church.
Ms. Meredith Williams, MAMFT, LAPC is a 2007 graduate of PSI. Ms. Williams is the new Director of Alumni Relations for PSI. In that role, she will coordinate production of the PSI Connecting newsletter, plan key events for alumni, and assist with key marketing initiatives, including the upcoming Renovarè Conference. Mrs. Williams has past experience working in consulting for Accenture, which is a worldwide consulting firm, headquartered in Chicago. Mrs. Williams also works in private practice at the North Atlanta Center for Christian Counseling, where she is pursuing Georgia state licensure in both Professional Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. She and her husband, Scott Williams attend Atlanta Westside Presbyterian Church.

The newest PSI Hope Counseling Center in Atlanta is located in the newly renovated Suite 100 in Building Four of the office complex located at 4200 Northside Parkway in Atlanta, GA. PSI operates a network of Christian counseling centers in the metropolitan Atlanta area.
The PSI Community Counseling Center in Chattanooga (PSI CCC) is located in a newly renovated building located at 1808 Oak Street in Chattanooga. "We are pleased to be moving into new office space to expand counseling services, providing more individuals and families with affordable faith-based counseling," remarked PSI CCC Director, Jana Pressley, PhD.
PSI Counseling Centers provide a wide range of counseling services from licensed clinical faculty, master's-level clinicians and student interns who are working under licensed supervision. Individual, couple, children, adolescent and family therapy counseling services are available to the community.

Dr.Terrell is a frequent retreat speaker for many Atlanta area churches; including, Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, Northstar, Riverstone and First Baptist Cartersville. However, Dr. Terrell also has a heart for the world. In 2005, Dr. Terrell traveled to India to teach Master's level classes in Counseling Psychology to those who could not travel to America to attend classes.
Dr. Terrell believes that we all have an opportunity to be salt and light whether we work in ministry or the secular workplace. With gentle humor and grace, Dr. Terrell encourages her audience to be an intentional witness of God's love in the workplace. She has practical knowledge of a hurting world from 20 years of counseling as both an LPC and Licensed Psychologist.
Dr. Terrell is the Dean of Students at PSI (Psychological Studies Institute). She is a 1996 graduate of the PhD Counseling Psychology program at the University of Southern Mississippi. In 1986, Dr. Terrell received a M.S. Degree in Community Counseling from Georgia State and a Diploma in Christian Psychological Studies from PSI. Dr. Terrell has been married for 21 years to C. Jeffrey Terrell, PhD and is the proud mother of two teenagers.
The scholarship committee will begin reviewing applications immediately for scholarships to be awarded this coming fall semester. The next program deadline for applications is June 1, 2007.
