Our students are part of a unique movement and legacy of excellence. Enrollment is at an all-time high as God calls more people to be difference-makers. For those enrolled at Richmont, counseling will become a ministerial vocation to facilitate Christ-centered transformation.

Programs of Study

Students complete a Program of Study within the first semester of their enrollment. Template sequences for each degree program and specialization or graduate certificate are provided for students to complete their program in 2, 3, and 4 years. Using this as a guide, the student develops a program of study, outlining the sequence in which the student plans to take the courses for the selected program. The Program of Study is signed and approved by the student and the Registrar. The signed document is kept on file in the Records Office and with the student's advisor. Students who deviate from their Program of Study may chose to file an amended one but are not required to do so. However, students who choose to change their degree program or add/drop a specialization or graduate certificate will be required to submit an updated Program of Study for approval.

If you have any questions regarding this policy or about completing a Program of Study, please contact the Registrar, Roxanne Shellabarger, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
