The retreat will be titled: Built to Last: Secure in Faith, Attachment, Regulation, and Competence (ARC) during internship.  Dr. Ebert will talk with upcoming interns about the ARC Model and how to apply the concepts of Attachment, Regulation, and Competency in a personal, self-reflective manner as they head into their first year as counseling interns.

Richmont desires for future interns to come together with your peers, colleagues, and professors for connection and community, obtain sound clinical training, and to have some time for reflection and self-care.
